20/09 Cosplay Photo Scavenger Hunt!

RIGHT! As I'm in charge of the next CCC outing thingee ~~after bowling of course~~ I think I had better let you all know the details.

What: Cosplay Photo Scavenger Hunt.
In teams you'll receive a list of things you need to photograph. Of course, you will also have to be in the photos to make them more interesting! There will be a time limit of ONE HOUR! (maybe I'll extend this...) Points will be given for most creative photos, most list items photographed, and anything else that I come up with on the day!
Afterwards (around 1pm? later?) we'll... go eat something? Who knows. Probably eat things at the arts center....
Where: The Arts Center/Museum/ArtGallery. Meeting place will be outside the front of the museum.
When: Saturday 20th September. Meeting: 11AM Begin photo scavenger hunt: 11.30am (this way well be sure that everyone is there and informed!)
Why: Well, not only should this be fun ~~and we should get some hilarious photos~~ but it'll be good to have some fun cosplay photos we can use for advertising and stuffs.

Now, if you're coming I will definitely need you to RSVP so that I can make enough copies of stuff and be organised ~~and all sorts of other things~~. If you are coming, can you let me know whether or not you can bring a digital camera! I really don't have enough for everyone to use (1 camera / everyone = fail) so help from you all would be awesome! and if you are bringing a camera, PLEASE put new batteries in it!
Hmm... and the cable to connect it to a laptop would be good too, so that I can load the photos right away.

Now this event is a must-cosplay event (or else why are we taking photos of you??) so please do your best to show up in cosplay! Make sure it's something you can move in and won't fall apart easily, 'cause your group might do a lot of walking.... who knows...

Wow, this looks like it's gonna be awesome!

I'm pretty sure my sister and I will be able to come, but I can't be entirely sure yet. But we will be able to bring a camera.

CRAP.

I just realized that I have french horn at 11:30 until 12:00, but it's like, in the Christchurch School of Music, so I will still be able to make the scavenger hunt, I'll just be a bit late. xB

In any case, this is in teams, right?

Can we sort them out soon, so I can contact my team and get them to sort out a place to meet me at 12:00, so I'm not totally out of this?

I haven't seen anyone from the forums since the CCPC, so I'll be pretty pissed if I miss this. >>;;

Im going to have a screening of Whisper of the Heart at 3pm on Saturday (my place, moorhouse ave), so not to long after the end of the scavenger hunt. I've also got guitar hero 2 and 3 that we'll be playing around with.

So if you're not busy after the Scavenger hunt, head along to JCCC for some animez & GH.

I can be there!!

And I'll try bring my camera. But the batteries in it are re-chargeables, and even if I charge them the night before, they are prone to running out very fast.
So mine might not be too reliable. But if one more camera is needed, it'll be there.

What is everone cosplaying as?
