How do I Make a Captain America Shield? By cumber-kitty. 04/06/14, 09:12 am |
| I'm trying to make a Captain America Shield, the first one where he goes to rescue Bucky.

And I really wanted some advice/opinions as I've never done anything like this before:
-What should I make it from? (I was thinking plywood) -Does it look like it has a bend in it? -How do you bend plywood? -Could I paint this with poster paints instead of spraypaint? -How do I go about keeping the lines clean and straight? -How do I weather the shield + add the bullet marks? -What kind of screws would I use that are small enough to attach the straps that it wouldn't poke right through and injure people?
and any other advice or things you'd like to point out that would help me.
Thank you very much! |
