An event for cosplayers and cosplay enthusiasts to have a fun and laid back picnic get together in the park! We share food niblets, play games, take photos, chat and get to know each other!

Cosplay whatever you'd like, even EASTER theme! Cosplay is encouraged but if you just want to join us in casual then that's fine too!

Play our fun Easter themed anime games and win cool anime prizes! And Easter chocolate too!

Timetable:
10am - Picnic Start
10.20am - Earlybird Raffle
10.30am - Game: Easter Bingo
11am - Game: Easter Egg Hunt
12pm - Lunch
1pm - Cosplay Easter photo
1.30pm - Game: Deathmatch
3.00pm - Game: Easter Egg Race
4.00pm - Picnic End

Q. What if it rains?
A. Then the Cosplay Easter will be moved to the next weekend, Saturday April 12th and if the weather is still bad then unfortunately the event will need to be cancelled.

Q. If it does appear rainy, how will I know if the event is cancelled or going ahead as planned?
A. We will be keeping an eye on the weather at least 2-3 days beforehand and if the weather is going to be slightly sprinkling but still fine, the picnic will go ahead as planned. I will post a weather announcement the day before the picnic and also in the morning so be sure to check on facebook for those updates! If you want me to text you confirmation on the day that the picnic is going ahead then PM me your mobile number, DO NOT post it here for all to see.
