Looking for specific material for Star Trek (2009) cosplay By Interstella. 06/11/13, 11:45 am |
| I'm looking for the material for the Star Fleet uniform (all colours, Red/Gold/Blue) for a cosplay. It's hard for the fact that it's patterned material and it's the stretchy type (like the stuff used for swim shirts I think).
Anyone have any idea where I could get it from, or how I could get the pattern onto the material?

Thanks for any and all help! |

| I'd say your best bet would be to look at sports wear. If not, maybe you can find a type of netting really similar to it? And sew your netting layer on top of your plan fabric that will be the uniform?
I'd say have a look at Otara's The Fabric Shop in Lovegrove Cres. They have rolls and rolls of stretch and fabrics all at factory prices! |
