Will of the Abyss Fabric Help

Hi everyone! I'm planning on cosplaying the Will of the Abyss from Pandora Hearts next year and I'm having trouble finding a good fabric for it. I don't want to use silk because I'd prefer it not to be too shiny but it still needs to be quite floaty. Any suggestions for it would be really helpful! Thanks! :)

Wow, cool choice! i love the costume for Will of the Abyss~

For fabric choices, I've seen a range that's been used for this cosplay. Most tend to go for satin, or at least a low sheen variety. I'm sure the costume would also work if made with drill or a cotton/polyester mix? Both are fairly light weight.

Maybe some delustured satin would help? Or any matte looking dress fabric probably. Cotton sateen is nice too! If you can find twill, it's a cotton that usually comes with just a little bit of sheen.
As I'm not familiar with Pandora Hearts (am I'm sure not every one xD), maybe next time it would be helpful if you're asking for help on a specific character, include a reference picture?
