The stalk option lets you talk to NPCs.
The bookmarks option has links to forums, stores etc.
UMUM.
When in doubt try clicking on Characters && then find the blue tab that says missions.

You can start raids within a clan where you all try to take down as many forums as possible && then the clans name is featured next to it on thee Domination board...
