Tristana Cosplay - General help or advice

Hi everyone!
I am looking to do a Tristana from League of Legends cosplay and am looking for some help or ideas

I am fine sorting out her cannon, but things like the wig, painting of skin and ears I will have trouble with (finer details really). Any guidance on her armour or weapons will be helpful too!

Any ideas or directions from more experienced cosplayers is very welcome :)

Hopefully someone can extend my answers but I can give some basics given I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for the paint =P

Sells some ear types and adhesives which you would have to paint. At that they also sell paints.

Also do paints and everything. Both are NZ sites so that's cool.

Paint wise I've heard good things about Kryolan, Ben Nye and Aqua Colour (not sure which is best hopefully someone can fill in). Just make sure you test it beforehand to make sure you don't react and that you can also put it on fairly smoothly, also removing it. Don't forget to seal it cause no one likes paint everywhere.

I've been looking at these for elf ears myself but never ordered them however there's a bit more variety however they are overseas. (Someone else may be able to give some insight if they've ordered elsewhere)

For your armour craft foam makes a cheap option if you spend the time sealing it with glue enough to make it solid.

If you wanted a studier option you could try wonderflex which is sold by another NZ site (we like these guys!)

However it's pricier than craft foam (though easier and much nicer to work with from experience)

Other than that nothing wrong with good old cardboard and mache!

As for your wig if you have time just wait for something to pop up in the marketplace section that you like or browse ebay for something matching.
