Does the vinegar method really work? By HikaruxKaoru. 14/12/12, 10:21 am |
| I've got a shiny wig and all over the internet it says that soaking it in vinegar will remove the shine.
Does this really work? I'm worried about doing this to my new wig!
if anyone has tried this method, please tell me how it went!

| You can try using rubbing alcohol on it -- it makes a wig less shiny by "scratching" the surface of the fibers. You should test it first on a snip of hair first, just to be safe. |

| I've never had a shiny wig that I've needed to try this out on xDDD. If you try it and it works, you should say so for future reference xDD.
I've never heard that before, but if several different places say that then it must be true? |
