Hello!
Sooo, I figure I will use this place to sorta plan out what I next need to do as well as post what I'm currently working on. C: Posts apart from this one will hopefully include progress pictures and this will be updated when I finish/start a new cosplay!

Whoop!

Current cosplays in progress:

Amon - Korra
Equalist - Korra
Sailor Uranus - Sailor moon.

No bending plz.

Mask - Face has been cast, need to mould and figure out how I'm going to take a cast of finished one.
Jacket - Adjust fit
Under top - Finish collar
Under... pants - Add waistband
DO SOME ARMOUR PLZ. START & FINISH FOOL.

Equalist - Korra
So this cosplay is actually my partners, but it goes here anyway since I'm doing the sewing. Butts.

Face mask done - Needs red circle to finish
Pants - Add waistband
Sew actual boot covers. {mock up made.}
Jacket - START THIS

Sailor Uranus - Sailor Moon
I chose this character for... reasons.

Tiara - Wonderflex done, needs coating and painting.
Sailor collar - Needs attachments for top.
Leotard thing - Needs to be sewn together with pipe stuff between.
Skirt - Front pleated, needs back, pockets & hemming.

Today I have been wrestling with the overlocker. Also, Pookie has been putting gesso on the glove pieces for equalist. So unproductive, but have some past progress.

I was thinking I'd try to! Just because it's so annoying not to have them and all I'd want to carry around would be a card + cell. No room? I was just gonna do it in the side seam which is covered by the pleat?

Rowan hasn't done pockets in hers and I probably won't get around to it, but we'll see!

Progress:
Sailor skirt is sewn together. Not added to leotard parts yet, hopefully it will fit together. D: THE MEASUREMENTS SAY IT SHOULD.

Oh, I'm also working on Kyle from south park. So did a teeny bit on his jacket.

And for the other two it has mostly just been fiddling around.

So, there's been lots of progress, but I'm procrastinating and just taking pics of whatever I want, rather than all of it. <:

Equalist Progress
Whooo. My partner(pookiekins) made the glovey bits out of wonderflex. Spray primer, spraypaint, then sealer. Boot covers have been pretty straight forward so far! They're pinned to a jandal atm!

Sailor Uranus Progress
Gems were made with clay! I didn't think they would turn out as good as they did. Painted with nail polish & sealed with a spray sealer. The skirt I cut too short, so the overlocking is covered by ribbon in the hem, just so I could have an extra cm. I DUNNO WHAT I'M DOING ANYMORE. Razz

Also, protip guys: Don't use bleach without looking sugar honey iced tea up. I wrecked stuff. D:

I made mine heaps too wide and then burnt half of it off with the iron. We're doing so well.

But seriously, can you fix it somehow, lengthen it? You're all clever with material and stuff <3

I can't really, not when I have more costumes to work on. I will still wear it... Just gonna have bike tights and fidget pulling down my skirt all day. orz IT'S TRUE TO SHOW AT LEAST. And hopefully the butt bow will hold it down.

Just about done with uranus! The collar is detachable, so it's not pictured. But yeah. I THINK I'M CLOSE.
