Ciel Phantomhive Cosplay...?

I want to cosplay Ciel, but don't know which costume of his to wear...there's so many!!!
Which one would be the most recognizable? The first one I think of is the green one...or the blue.
Which one would be the cheapest...any ideas on how I would go about making it?

I would say the blue, but bit completely ruling out the green XD I'm making the pink dress he wears and it's been quite difficult although spotlight has most of the stuff I needed

To make the hat I just used cardboard, a really thin foam, a lot of hot glue and the fabric (although it took ages XD)

I think that Ciel's blue and green outfits are easily the most recognizable. Since they're pretty similar i figure they would cost about the same to make... (hope I'm thinking of the right blue outfit - that kid has such a big wardrobe i dont even- ) It would be kinda difficult to make either way, especially if you have very little sewing practice and plan on flying solo with this. First I'd check out this thread for patterns and see if you can find some close to his outfit:
