Hi everyone!

It’️s that Overload time of year again! And after lots of preparation (and a green light from Duckeh), the ASCA committee are pleased to announce the Auckland Student Cosplay Association’️s first ASCA Ball!

chuu~! ~ ASCA Ball ~ chuu~!

Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Elliott Rooms
Date: Friday the 21st of September - the night before Overload!
Time: 7pm - Midnight
Dress code: cosplay or formal
Tickets: $50 for ASCA members, $60 for non-members
Tickets are limited to 2 per membership card so if you’️re a member and you wanna go, why not bring along a date for the same price? Razz

(if you buy membership from ASCA for $8 for the rest of the year, you'll get in for $50 and you get to bring a date in for the same price - you save more than $10! Razz )

The ASCA ball will be a night of

- Socialising in the elegant atmosphere of the hotel with friends in the club and new faces
- Dancing to a selection of catchy and familiar danceworthy tunes
- Drinks and gourmet canapé️s prepared by the hotel chefs for your dining pleasure
- Professional photos – in the ball spirit of course!
- And singing performances by Nolla, the New Zealand based J-rock band!

This event is sure to be a hit with cosplayers and non-cosplayers alike so be sure to let your friends know about us and that they are welcome to this event too! whee

Preorder your tickets now (at no additional cost!) for your entry into the event!

Send an E-mail to ascacommittee@gmail.com with ASCA BALL TICKET as the subject of your message.
In the message, please include your full name along with how many tickets you wish to purchase.

As for payment, PM me and I'll send you bank details nodnod

All payments are to be made by the 3rd of September Ticket reservations are fine as long as you can confirm your attendance and pay for your tickets by the due date.
