So, so! Whadda you love the most about cosplaying? The costume, the roleplaying, THE CONVENTIONS?!

I demand you spill your excuses for this hobby @.@ But if you are too lazy to write the (most likely) numerous reasons, I say go for the most important to you whee

First!
I love cosplaying because of the good eye candy (haha, fangirling instincts) and the excitement of going with your friends and seeing what they've cosplayed as before making a fool of yourselves at the convention. my favourite thing about cosplaying is how you can dress up as whatever you want, find people from your anime or whatever and pose for photos, and everyone will be so friendly and not judge you for doing all this, because pretty much all cosplayers are nice!!! Very Happy

Things I like about Cosplay:

Being able to wear choice stuff (while not being thought of as too weird).

Going to conventions to meet with friends and find new friends.

Making photos. (Which is different to taking photos / snapshots).

Cosplay stuff I like:

-making the costume! Then wearing what I've made and not having it fall to pieces XD

-meeting like minded people

-going to conventions!!!

I love the community, I've met the most amazing people through cosplay. Also the awesome feeling when you finish a costume and are happy with it! And getting all excited for upcoming groups Very Happy

I love New Zealands cosplay community~!
And worldwide wise I have so many friends I've met through stalking each other because of cosplay~ the people is a big thing for me.

I not only like to dress up as Characters that I'm in love with, but I love to see the look on my friends faces when they see me as one of their favourite characters.

...And its a more healthy way to fangirl.

I love to create and learn new ways to make things, I've grown up sewing as my Mum and Gran are wedding dress makers and so I love to make costumes

I feel awesome wearing a well made outfit and the community is also exciting
