Stocking Sword Help? Where to buy stuff? xD

Hi!

I want to do Stocking's sword. But I don't get where to buy the stuff. @_@ This is the tutorial: http://zerartul.deviantart.com/art/Props-Stocking-Glowing-Sword-186365583

Uhm. So my question is... Where do I buy this stuff? xD

Like...

PVC (0.28mm)
LED light thing xD
Mounting tape of 0.8mm thickness
Epoxy putty
Switch?

I'm not sure about much of it. Print a picture off and take it with you when you ask for advice.

But I would try a art supply shop (stationery warehouse?) for the PVC.

Do they mean mounting tape as in what you mount pictures to walls with? Double sided tape? Try a hardware store or art store? Or just use any clear tape, although painting most tapes is going to be difficult.

I don't think that it needs to be epoxy putty, but try a hardware or craft store. Or use air dry clay from a craft shop?

You are going to need the best painting masking tape you can buy for the masking of the paint job. A paint or hardware shop.

Now the LED lighting strip and battery and and wire and solder/soldering iron or connectors, battery terminals and other parts would probably come from an electronics shop. Try a consumer shop like JayCar first. Failing that a wholesale trade shop (eg. http://www.jarussell.co.nz/). As I'm not sure where you live I don't know what shops are in your area. Jay car has a website you can search.

Also a paint or art shop for spray paint cans (or compressor!).
