[Other] Roommates wanted North Shore Auckland [Other]

Hiya guys
Trisana and I are looking to see if there is anyone interseted in moving in with us on the north shore.
We are looking for one or two roommates, and don't have a particular house in mind yet as we need to know if we can get someone in before hand.
Currently, we have:
Trisana (19yrs)
Interstella (20yrs)
Chris (non-forum) (20yrs)
and are looking for one or two more people.

Rent will be between $120 - $180 plus expenses but that can all be discussed and ironed out when we have found a place to live.
We would prefer Browns/Torbay area or Northcote, as we will be close to either Massey Uni in Albany or AUT in Northcote, though we will take suggestions into consideration.

We would prefer someone around our own age, but we will take anyone, so long as you are over 18.
Would prefer non-smokers as we are not smokers and most landlords wont rent to smokers.
NO DRUGS or excessive alcohol consumption (as long as you're not an alcoholic lol) in or around any property that we will be renting.
