Anyone in Chch that can let out the arms in my Kendappa cosplay blouse?

Hopefully I'm following all the necessary rules here - I'm looking for someone in Christchurch (where I live) that has experience with letting out garments - I have a Kendappa (from RG Veda, manga) cosplay that seems to be too tight for me in the arms, circumference-wise; and also perhaps needs to be let out in the bust as well. It's a short-sleeve blouse, sari-style, midriff-baring.

I can give my measurements to whoever is able to help if that's acceptable?

Additional info: I purchased this from FM-Anime, who custom-made it to my measurements (though I think it may have been not-current ones, to my slight embarrassment.)

not a lot really by the looks of it... perhaps another 3 millimetres? im actually thinking at this point that i may have to have someone remake it for me... *sigh*

But you essentially have a pattern now! So easy-ish hopefully. Some paper (I have heaps), and some cheap material for a mock up, and to match the arms and body you probably need all new material. Other than that a piece of cake, fingers crossed.

And you may even learn something!
