So we got a new lounge suite, and decided to take apart the larger sofa. There is a few thick sheets of very soft foam, as well as two or three cushions of very high quality dense foam. There is a bit of white sheet-stuffing, and some more stuffing from your average cushions. There is also a lot of sheer black fabric from the underside of the couch!

I don't have a clue what I'd use all this for but I'm sure as hell not willing to let the opportunity pass on; we have a limited amount of
space in our house however, so I need to make a quick decision.

The first thing that pops to mind is props. I also have a small amount of cork-board. But I don't really know what I'd use it for with that, either - you don't really make swords/etc. with foam.
I could sew plushies, but it feels like a waste of such a large single piece of stuffing?
I could also just use it for costume padding in general but I can't think of any characters that would need that, that I'd want to do anyway.
I could make stuff for other people, but I don't know what the interest would be since I'm pretty new to cosplaying - I'd be willing to though!

So what should I do with it? o:

You can actually make armour with them! :) It really depends on the character though, but for characters like Rockman/Megaman series, their leg and arm armour bits can be made out of foam and covered with stretch fabric, etc. Comfy, malleable and warm!! Unless the weather is hot, then there's a risk of overheating...

You can also make cushions!! Just cut a large piece the size you want and make a cushion cover for it.
