[AUCK] Auckland Homestuck meetup!

Facebook group for Auckland Homestucks!
I'd like to keep as any people in the one place as possible
so that I don't forget who everyone is and get confused, haha
15th Jan, derping around the city, eating, drawing, cosplay if you want to (DO ITTT)

So we've settled on the 15th of January. We'll all meet up in Auckland City, in the Metro food court at 11 AM.
I'm not sure on the plans exactly yet but we're thinking of doing these things:

picnicking
drawing/chalk drawing and being merry in general
going to that arcade place
street wandering maybe
going to McDonalds and ordering 100 chicken nuggets! (we may get less, depends on how much people are happy with contributing c: )

FOR LATE-COMERS!
If you think you might be late, please say so that I can figure out how long we'll wait around at the food court for. I'm thinking about thirty minutes maybe? I don't know if we'll be wanting brunch or not, if we're also having pizza and possible chicken nuggets...

Suggestion from SUPERFLEA -> Pixel the coolest persun Evar:
Meet up in the Metro, the big movie place with the lights. Then go to the atrium which has a cool food court, take up two tables, and make all of the noise ever. If the weather's good, go to Albert Park and take photos and scare small children. Also go to the Arcade, but mostly bum around the Metro or atrium.

Nothing is set in stone though! I'd really love suggestions!
I'll be coming as either Dave or Gamzee, depending on the heat; I don't know if anyone else wants to cosplay too but that'd be awesome!

I'd just really love to have a chill day with some cool people, and we'll talk about all things totally sweet! C:

Hamsteak meet? I am all up for this. If I've got it ready by then I might do normal Equius, if not, I'll probably be a human version of him (since I've got the wig).

Double-ups are fine!! I don't see why anyone would have a problem with double-ups, it's just a little bit of fun for the day :3 you don't have to go out of your way or anything!

Hey do people usually just put these meetups up on here for all to see? Do creepers ever turn up or anything, 'cause my mum seems pretty pissed at me about telling everyone the details... >:?

Agreed~ And hm, I think all the meetups and user-run events here are public, and so far all the Auckland meetups I've been to have been stranger-creeper free. There's a chance we could meet creepy or hostile people anywhere, but I can't really imagine anyone lurking on the forums so they can premeditatively crash a meetup of random young people who like Homestuck- it's not like we'll all be wearing revealing outfits or anything, right? And we can all look out for each other in a group.
