Is it just those 2 mugs? Any other characters? How much would shipping to Chch be?

Those two where the only ones made for this particular set and each mug has two characters on it.
The one with Yosuke has the protagonist on the other side while the one with Naoto has Rise.

Safe postage to Chch will probably be around $7.50 but I'll have to check and get back to on that one but probably under $10.

He's about 13.5cm, I have him both in New&Sealed condition and Opened&Excellent condition.
I'll post a picture up of the opened one by tomorrow night.
As for the mugs, sure thing.
