| You can iron or stitch on some heavy interfacing on the inside to stiffen it. |

| Thats a good idea. Alternatively you could line the inside with metal wiring or ribbing. I'd be cheap and bend a metal clothes hanger into shape and thread it inside the fabric.

| Stiff tulle also works really well I found. You might need two layers of it for something that big though. |

| If you want it a bit more poofy like in the picture you may want to stuff it. It makes it nice and squishy as opposed to flat and helps hold the shape at the bottom. |
