Just for anyone that didn't know, apparently tomorrow is eday around NZ (except hamilton, which is on sunday). So if you've got some computer junk cluttering up your room, cupboard, garage, shed, or all of the above, nows a great time to dump it for free.

On that sidenote I also have for give away two 14 or 15" CRT monitors. They're old, still fine as far as I know and free to a good home. I've given flatmate first offer on them, but after that it's up for grabs if anyones actually interested. I haven't decided yet if i'll dump them if noone wants to adopt them, given they are still good after all, so someone let me know. :)

Excellent, my dad has been hoarding computers since you needed a seperate floppy drive for your operating system and your software. >=D These suckers won't know what hit 'em.

Heh, yeah, my pile isn't much better. 5 just about stripped computer cases, a dead 19" CRT, a dead 17" CRT, and a flakey 12" CRT (it's REALLY old). There's probably heaps more I 'should' dump but I can't be bothered rummaging through the cupboards at the moment. sad

Yeah sometimes it's just hard to dig all the crap up. I don't even know how we ended up with a 20" CRT, but man that thing could put out some radiation.

I'd love to see if someone ends up dumping something that's actually ridiculously valuable, like an old gaming system or something. xD It's bound to happen.
