BALL COSPLAY! REALLY NEED HELP PLZ!

ok, ive got a ball coming up soon and i was thinking of cosplaying to it, but i need good costume ideas. i rather go for game characters than anime characters, but does anyone have any good costumes that i could try to pull of? at the moment i only have squalls seed costume as an idea. and also, what do you think my girlfriend should wear?

If it's not a cosplay ball, I wouldn't cosplay to it at all unless the costume is a legitimate cool gettup.

its not a cosplay ball. but im a cosplayer at heart, i gotta rep. =L thats why i was think Squall SEED, or just something really legit.

Seconding this, but mostly because the chances of ruining the cosplay seem too great imho.

(However, a Tuxedo Mask/Kamen would be awesome)

Really, it depends on the ball theme as well. I'm lucky this year that my ball theme is Enchanted Masquerade so I can easily get away with a cosplay.

Yeahhh. IMO with alot of balls, alot of people are taking it really seriously and are trying to dress up really nicely so I can see how dressing up in a costume could be innappropriate. That's just my opinion though.

hmm well i guess it depends on the theme of the ball too, but not alot of people follown the theme in whangarei, so i can get away with it. Tuxedo mask from sailor moon? hmmm...

yeah bro. im cosplaying jecht this year to hopefully. but alot better. i got more money this year. =L im looking for a braska and auron btw...
we just had an alice in wonderland ball and was kinda lame...
