i need help as soon as pos the chch Armageddon expo is back on soon and i don't have a cosplay outfit

ples ples ples if you know any one in the woolston areya that could lend me a cos play outfit for it ples tell me!!!!!!!

or any one in chch that could lend me one ??????

I think there's a rule somewhere about all caps posts.
First off all, maybe post measurements or sizes so if anyone has a spare cosplay they'll know if it fits you?
Not a chch-ian so can't really help personally. sad

Otherwise, you have the option of closet cosplaying or desperately sewing. xD

You could also look at closet cosplay options - put one together from bits you already have or can pick up cheap from opshop/secondhand shop. A simple cosplay can be just as good. Razz

Already been said, but please edit your post and re-type it out. You might also want to change your title to something along the lines of, "Would like to borrow cosplay for chchgeddon, please" So people who see your thread know exactly what it's about.

You could also look into costume hire shops around you as well!

People are less inclined to lend out costumes to people they don't know, especially if they've made them... A lot of work goes into sewing something, or a lot of money into buying, so maybe attend a few meet ups in your area first and get a few cosplay friends? C:

And some people haven't even started a costume for chch. So I think you'll be fine. Razz

yes i know that but all my mates that cosplay are well lets just say they are big girls and they live no were nere me.

I think JP has the right idea. Get creative! It is infinitely more rewarding to wear something you have sourced or made yourself then get something handed to you.

Look around the house, raid your family's wardrobes, visit the opp shop - get out your needle and thread and glue gun.

all the opp shops round my place are red sticker'd cos of the earthquake and i don't have any sib's but i is all good now i'v got cosplay sorted.
