I swear I ask you guys for help too much. Anyway, Basically, dat skirt edging. I've been talking to a few people about it tonight and I have no idea what to. I don't want to use Lace, so is another way of achieving an edge like that? Buying fabric tomorrow so I want to know what I'm doing before then. Thanks so much in advance >3>

Also, the see-through fabric on her head, what is it meant be be shape-wise. All i see is a cluster of like, Tulle DB

I dunno, but for the translucent fabric you could try organza or wedding stuff? o3o Ask the shop people and see if they are any help... it could just totally be the art style and the flow of motion in this picture that has that sort of shape, though.

Skirt edge... well... no idea sorry. Maybe bridal stuff? D8

You could use broderie anglaise - it's usually in the cotton section of spotties

I havnt had a lot of experience but if u had non fray fabric u could use zig-zag scissors for the edging and sew on beads?

though broderie anglaise would be gorgeous *drool* i hav a white dress made from it.

and the shear fabric on her head, it looks like its been cut in petal shapes to me, two wider petals on top with two thinner, longer petals underneath.

^I was considering pinking shears but apparently they cant cut curved.

Anywho, just got back from spotlight and couldn't find anything, typical palmy spotlight though. They did have fabric for the other version I posted here so I just got fabric for that :c

Yui Cosplay is selling that costume...why don't you have a look at what they did and maybe any other shops that sells that costume and see how they did it?
