Old cartoon name!! Help??

I'm pretty sure this'd go here 'cause I'm pretty sure it wasn't an anime... just a cartoon...

But yeah, a few weeks back I suddenly remember this cartoon I used to watch, but I couldn't remember the name!
There are three protagonists, a boy, a girl (I think she mighta had green hair?) and their dad who was a professor or something.
There were three antagonists, a guy (who was rather dense I think) and two girls, one of whom I think had purple hair.

Both groups used an airship or something to get into another world I think...
And the sequence where the good guys get into their ship the boy would call out "One step for man, a giant leap for monkind!!!" and the dad would fly into a wall or something.

If anyone knows what this is, please tell me!!! I really want to know!!!! I'll love you forever if you do~~!!
