Brown belt in Goju Ryu Karate - went to classes for about 3 years about 5 years ago. I can still kick my own head height, sometimes higher if I limber up. My technique has gone all to sugar honey iced tea though.

But I've learnt things from my stepdad whos a triple third degree blackbelt :3

Am super flexible but half of that is cuz i use to do dance and gym.

Triple third degree? Sounds like something you run under cold water for ten minutes and use burn dressing on.

He has third degree black belts in Tae Kwan Do and Judo and a karate style.
I still dont know how he did it but he did xD

But yeah i know it totally sounds like i'm cooking something.
