my partner wants to do a transformer for dae but doesn't know how to start he is 6'3 and has very wide shoulders


can any one offer any advice

but doesn't want to make it out of cardboard

Which transformer? :) the more we know the more we can help

I would look into corflute, Styrene, foamcore board and Cardboard reinforced with resin.
