personally, i think redglare wearing the sufferer (EDIT: wearing the sufferer's sign, i mean) is only saying that she's a follower, since it is already heavily hinted that sufferer/disciple holds all the quadrants.
hussie could have put any other troll that is obviously a supporter of the sufferer, yeah, but if you think about it, with redglare being so law-abiding and all for the rules etc (not explicitly mentioned, but judging by terezi's enthusiasm for it), one wouldn't pin her as a follower of the sufferer. it's kind of like oh hey it's not just the lowbloods who are with him (nepcestor and kancestor aside)-- HIC is out for obvious reasons, dualscar and mindfang are pirates, darkleer is explicitly shown to be on the other side (willingly or not), no question about where the subjugglator stands.... redglare is the only other troll left on the top side of the hemospectrum.
idk maybe i'm reading too deeply into this haha.
