For ChCh'ians you could try ringing them and see if they'll courier from phone order, or do online orders?
Website says they do online without any issues anyway.

That would work for the pellets, but I need to make sure i also have everything for the audio and laser show, batteries, trigger, etc. sad

Forgot to post back when I finished my shoes.

PMP likes enamel paint, I've been scratching a corner of my shoes for a bit now and nothing gives. This, however, is after multiple coats of black and a drybrushed layer of grey paint. Don't think the paint came off easily after a single coat, but I could be wrong.
Didn't experiment with acrylic paints, but I have a huge amount of PMP still left over after making my shoes that I can test stuff on after supanova next weekend.
