I'm going as Zero of vampire knight and i need help, how could i do his tattoo on my neck??? i drew the curse mark on once and it took ages to come off so any ideas???

red lipliner? powder over and set with a spritz of hairspray?
OR SHARPIE IT ON HURHUR no i'm kidding it will stain your shirt.

i know some people get temporary tattoos printed for cosplay but i don't actually know where to find tattoo paper in NZ oTZ

Liquid eyeliner is good, or in Japan they did have temporary tattoos available at some point - some might be available on ebay?
