RIP Freddie Mercury

At about 8am tomorrow morning will be the Anniversary of the Death of the Great Freddie Mercury.

I'm listening to all my Queen albums today in memory of him and his awesomeness.

My Favourite song is one he wrote - Somebody to Love - I adore that song.

Will you be doing something in memory of the man?

I love Freddie. He was such a awesome singer and Queen was such a awesome band.

I love Somebody to Love too, and also "Don't stop me now ". Epic hits. (:

Same with Under Pressure (Freddie and Bowie.. wow).

Freddie had lots pf costume made by Zandra Rhodes who is totally flamboyant and wonderful :)

If you haven't yet heard it Golden Boy is amazing. He wrote it with Monsterrat Cabbale in mind to sing with him.
Though my favourite of that little known work is Ensueno (also sung without wors as Excercises in Free Love). And la Japonaise.

But yeah, I remember the day he died. It was shocking but not wholey unexpected by his fans. Innuendo felt like his farewell, the whole album really.
