Is ok. In the matter of 2 weeks I ruined 2 computers and i'm afraid of screwing my sisters laptop now.

I'm not saying you're not allowed to discuss things over msn, it's just that when you post in a thread on CNZ the messages stay there for everyone to read. So if, like superjumper doesn't have msn, then she'll still know whats going on. Or if people aren't logged on MSN at a certain time then they wouldn't have access to the conversation etc.

Argh, no msn please. Getting everyone online at the same time is almost as hard as getting everyone in the same town lol. And sucks to be the one person that missed the msn session and has no clue what's going on. Our NCIS thread on here worked well enough last year :)

amen to that - i have a 9 week school holiday starting on saturday, and absolutely NOTHING planned! I'm gonna get SO bored. And msn really won't work, when you think about it. It's best that we stick to threads on the forums.

^Perhaps in autumn we could have a NCIS cosplay picnic? In Taupo. Obviously, Wellington and Auckland people can come too, but it would be easier for all of NCIS to travel to a central location. For some it would be an all-day drive though.

It's a lot harder for us and CSI to bond as a team since we all live so far apart. :/

Also agreeing with RJ on the fact that Hamilton has many, many cosplayers. Last count was 24. XD There's only 8 or so on the forums though.

Ofc to be in the tournament they need to like... be on CNZ, but yeah.

On the topic of broken computers. We used to have 7 (For a family of four) at my house. I was the one who said. Hey dad....I think this ones gonna break. It's making funny noises. He doesn't believe me till a week later it breaks P: But I managed to actually get him to check one today. And I SAVED it. I feel so proud.

On topic. msn isn't really a good idea. I remember Saturday night mafia is hell to re-read especially if you have to find some important information in the middle of your conversation. And people not able to be online is another thing. I know these holidays I'm hella busy. I should be able to participate in the comp. And a photo challenge is perfect for New Plymouth, quite seriously it's here to look pretty.

hm...Taupo is situated higher than the middle. Just because it looks central doesn't really mean it is. I'd go by time it takes to drive to said location. I know from Welly to the Naki is about a 6 hour drive. As it is from Auckers to The Naki. Not too sure about Napier/Hastings practically the east end of the north island is. But a drive from the Naki to Taupo is alot longer to get to than H-town to Taupo. Do you see what I mean?
You probably wanna nice spot weather wise for that kind of event.

EDIT: Okay I did the maths It's roughly 5 hours from Napier to New Plymouth as it is from everywhere else.
@Jizz I checked it's a 5 hour drive from Tauranga too.
