You should ask who got you and ask WTF happend to your present. You should at least get an explaniation from them why you havnt got it rather than feeling left out.

I do not suggest you do this. For starters it's pretty damn rude and secondly they don't need to explain themselves. Not everyone will receive a gift with the SS system. It happens sometimes and maybe it's a little sad, but it is not the end of the world. Life happens. You can keep on grinding your teeth over it, but it's not going to achieve anything. Neither is it going to make your SS really want to do anything about it any faster. Or you could just let it roll off your shoulder. I suggest the latter option. I'm sure there may be more a handful of people who also did not receive a gift, but they have the prudence to keep silent about it.
