Auckgeddon Projection Screen Query

Hi it's me, last year was my first time and I would quite like to do it again this year. Currently working on the performance, I noticed last year somebody used the projector screen on the stage to put images on during the performance, can anyone confirm if this is allowed by the Armageddon Competition rules? I'm an animator (hence our last year group name "animages") and would quite like to put something up there to aid our performance (and in the judging room play it on the TV?)

Also... is it possible to enter both group AND solo (2 different costumes)? Is there a rule, or is that logistically impossible even if I can get changed quickly?

There is a projector, it's in a different place in each city which is why it's not specified in the rules- because we have no control over where it might be on the day. We do not have the same resources in the judging room though and all performances on stage must be the same as in the judging room.
That said there will be room for equipment if you are able to set it up but as the room is likely to be used after us again it won't be able to be stored in there.

So if you are able to manage that here are a few things to think about:

It will contribute to the performance aspect of your presentation only, so it'll be how you interact with the images and not the images themselves that affect the result. It's a cosplay contest not an AMV or art display, so we need to keep the focus on that :)

For changing costumes: You will need to decide one or the other :) While there may be time in the morning to change between judging sessions there most certainly won't be for the presentation which you have to be at in the same costume you were judged in.
