X-mas Cosplay Meetup - Palmy

Ok here seems to be the finialised version of whats happening/whos bring what etc. if something is wrong on this list please tell me now that would be great. Its not too late to drag other people along *hint hint*. And if we are having the BBQ then we might need to arrange for someone to bring meat? lol.

Where:
Meeting at the Palmertson North City Library - Basement

What time has been planned:
10am - 5pm-ish

What we plan to do:
Photoshoots - down that neat little alley thing (Cosplay Workshop people will know what I'm on about)
Esplanade for BBQ lunch, rides and possibly the mini-train XD

What to bring:
Cosplay obviously XD
Meats and/or foods for the BBQ

Moneys for the mini-train if you want to go on it~

What if it rains?:
Knowing us we have really bad luck when it comes to meets, but for now whether it’s sunny, overcast or lightly raining the meet will continue (might want to bring an umbrella XD)

It's in the middle of the week, far enough away from this Wellington thing and more or less gives others enough warning and hopefully I won't have work around then.

Countdown failed =__= Right now I'd take ANYTHING just so I could stay in Welly.

But yeah, back to the cosplay thing, there's a good chance I won't even be able to make the Sunday thing because Simon and Krys (brother and sis-in-law) are holding a party for Krys's mum's group as all the babies in it are turning one soon, so it's a birthday/christmas party and I wanna spend as much time with Izzy as possible x'D

lol. . well the thing is we first made the Palmy thing for the sunday. But then we got told about the Welly thing xD so we had to move it.
