Southern Christmas Cosplay Camp.
(mods feel free to correct/add info!)

Date:
Saturday 3rd January -> Sunday 4th January.
Place:
Timaru Scouts Hall, Timaru.
Why?
To have a fun weekend cosplaying. Also to visit the Carnival.

Organisers:

Dunediners : Seraphik, jpwise, IcyRose (Tim->Dun), Nox (Tim->Dun), Crazy, Ryans-cupcake, Allun,

To Bring List:
* Bedding. (Lilo. Bedroll. Pillow. Blankets. Pyjamas. Whatever.)
* Clothing (Cosplay. Normal clothes. Shoes. whatever.)
* Pack of chips/bikkies to snack on. Don't eat them all on the way up please.
* Things to fix your cosplay with.
* MONEY THAT IS LISTED BELOW UNDER: 'MONEYS'
* $$ If you want to spend it at the carnival.
* LUNCH FOR SATURDAY. Organise this yourself. (Dunedin people are doing...?)
* Anime if you feel that everyone will want to watch it.

Note: if you want to bring ps2/games/etc, you will need to make sure that you have a tv to play them on and space in whatever vehicle is bringing you to Timaru. Anime isn't such a problem because it is littler.

(Seraphik/jp/other dunedin organisers, can you bring spreads(jam, chocoate) for Sunday breakfast? Angie and I will organise cereals for that. We can buy milk/bread when we get there.)

Moneys
Hall Hire - $8 each.
Food: Saturday dinner/Sunday lunch: So around $20.
Travel-
CHCH: $20 to give to driver.
one way: $10 for driver.
DUNNERS: travelling both ways in the van? $37
travelling one way in the van? $18
+ whatever you want to spend at the carnival.

Transport.
Dunediners:
Dunedinites/Oamaruians will be travelling aboard the U.S.S. CNZ, a deluxe limousine-van-- no, I kid.
We're going up in a 10-seater van. <: Everyone meet in the Octagon on the chess board at 10am on the Saturday- I'm assuming you all know where that is, and we hope to leave shortly after so please be punctual as it takes us longer to get there than the Christchurch guys (this means no half-and-hour to an hour lates.)
Crazy & Roxas, we'll pick you up at the dairy opposite Waitaki Girls (and I'll text you when we're getting close to Oamaru).
PLEASE have transport money ready before we set off.

Christchurchians: Right. ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Because Riven's dad is made of awesome, he will drive a 7 seater van to Timaru on Saturday morning.
Thus, four people will go in Riven's car, four other people will go in the van on Saturday morning, and Shukura and Chami will come later that night.
On the way home we'll have to squish everyone into two cars, so DON'T BRING TOO MUCH STUFF. XP
We'll all meet at Riccarton Mall. Meet on Matipo Street, which is next to the McDonalds at 10am on Saturday.

Pay your driver $10 whichever way you're going. ($10 to Timaru and then $10 from Timaru~)
Moneys will be given to driver either in CHCH, or sometime in ~~Dunedin~~ Timaru. @_@ I'm tired...

Timetable.

Saturday:
12.45 ish Christchurchians arrive.
Eat lunch/Set up/Shop(?)
2/3pm ish Dunediners arrive.
Set up.
Photo Scavenger Hunt (seraphik). Either in town or at the carnival.
More fun around Timaru/the carnival.
Dinner Time Eat dinner in town.
After dinner Hang out around the carnival(?)
Watch exciting anime movies in the hall(?)

Sunday:
Breakfast Cereal/breadthings!
Morning Carnival/beach/explore Timaru?
Lunch~
Arvo Pack up. Get this done earlier so that we can go to somewhere exciting before we leave?
Leave before 5pm.

Food
Just to make it perfectly clear.

Saturday
Breakfast- Feed yourself. At home.

Lunch- Feed yourself. Organise sandwhices or something. Either in Timaru, or on the road.
Dinner- Bring moneys to organise. Somewhere in Timaru.

Sunday.
Breakfast- You will (hopefully) be fed. In Timaru.
Lunch- Bring moneys to buy food for. In Timaru.
Dinner- Feed yourself. At home.

if you guys buy bread before you leave on the sat we are gonna have crusty, squished bread. If you can live with this then still buy it before you go, but i strong advise to buy it the morning (or night before)

@ whoevers gonna clean up the mess at the end
we need to take rubbish bags (and plenty 2) and we'll have to take our rubbish back with us, coz your not allowed to shove it into any old park bin >_< (and that rubbish needs space in a van/car)

@ anne for forgetting stuff
how much is the car rides for petorl and stuffs? do we pay 1 or 2 ways? do we share the cost of a full tank of petrol? or just what it takes to get there?
