Christchurch Cosplay Ball (UPDATE)

Hey guys!!! The Ball is this weekend so I hope your all hyped!!! It's looking like it's gonna be a great night!! Any way just reminding everyone that it's $10 at the door or I'll go round with my sheet of paper with everyone's names on whos paid. Also remember a plate of food and/or bottle of drink ^^

Date: Saturday 8th of August
Time: 7pm-11pm
Where: Oxford Terrace Baptist Chruch Corner of Madras and Oxford Terrace
Price: $10 (this is to help pay for lighting and all that)

Other stuff
For food and drink can people bring a plate of food and a bottle of drink? And not chips, lollies and biscuts (omg I can't spell). If you have and dietary needs bring your own food please :)

Also I will be selling tickets to the Cosplay Ball at all event's I can go to before the 8th of August.

That way there will be money alll ready to pay for food, decorations and lighting.

Left over money will go towards the church

Also only people buying pre-event will get a ticket. (And they can keep it)

well 1st you want to find out if people are interested, so as people post, make a list of names on your 1st post

later you could start a poll as to when to do this (dates etcetc)

and then from there you'll probably have many people who will be willing to help put it together

hm... maybe we havnt had a ball... i cant find any previous threads about it >_<;

It's pretty interesting organising cosplay events, I thoroughly encourage you to get some help from people who've been involved in thee organising side before... Just because they normally know the people in the area and what they want. Looks like you're set with that though~
