Well, they're gonna let us come in earlier on the day, to do photos around the gardens/lawns if we want... provisio good weather.

Yeah, though we're gonna have to do some fundraising to help with the catering costs. Icarus and Kyokyogirl have kindly offered to take on that role... so I can just focus on getting the story done right.

@Icarus- I was just about to PM you too!

As for creepy... in the dining room, there's a photo of Emily Russell (who owned the house after her husband passed away), that was very reminiscent of the Umineko painting. Anyway Mrs Russell left first option on the house to the Crown, who took over after her daughter moved out.

Her Daughter's name?

Beatrix.

What kind of food&beverage is there going to be at the dinner?

Food is gonna be good. Um, Roast lamb Buffet dinner.
Drinks- gonna be totally non-alcoholic, as we have a number of minors there,
and also since I don't drink- this kinda reflects me as well, as anything I organise will
be non-alcoholic. There will be a bar on site (with instructions not to supply alcohol), but I'll put down a tab for juices/soft drinks at the start of the evening.

*UPDATE*
Guys Im gonna take a little break from the AIDA website... I still have lots of planning to do,
working out clues and all- also winter is the busiest time of the year with my work (all the colds, and viruses going round), so its really hard to find time to be creative- especially with DO around the corner, I have to prioritise my free time.
So what I'm gonna do is accept new characters, and from time to time post up things that might be interesting, but not necessarily related to the Murder Mystery Dinner. I won't post anything big, until after DO, but feel free to add stuff as you like.

P.S. Best of luck with the fundraising efforts, it's good to see everyone getting into the spirit of things!

I've already paid the hirage. I just need to work out the numbers for catering, and have to pay that 1 week prior to the event. I'll put more info about payment next weekend.

Though I must say, my break has been very productive! Expect massive updates after Doujin Overload. Oh, and I'm running a practice of the Dinner with a small group in Dunedin on July 31st, just to see how it all pans out- they will be sworn to silence!

Also, Dunedin trial of the Murder Mystery was a HUGE success! Killer got away in the end. It is gonna take some great detective work to solve this one, but I've already learnt so much from the run through. Improvements are being made, and the full dinner is gonna be amazing... Prepare for Awesomeness!!!
