Two things
1) Roku is still coming to MMD just no longer on CNZ
2) i dont know if this has been mentioned before but what time is this likely to start?

Yes, the timetable is on page 8, and I have heard from the venue- they have confirmed all
times, as listed below- so we are good to go!!!!
Please note that the outdoor photo shoot is out of character (OOC)
and the indoor photo shoot is in character (IC) so you will have to wear your AIDA name badges
for this. Don't worry though, at Dinner time, if Static is free, we can do more photos then as well,
without the need for namebadges.

4.45pm- Arrival and Setup

5.30- Outdoor photoshoot (weather permitting)

6.15-6.45pm Mix and Mingle Activities; Indoor Photo Shoot (IC start)

7.00pm- Session1:
-Speeches
-Explaination of Rules (OOC- 1 of 4)
-Breakout sessions
-Reporting

8.00pm- Dinner (OOC- 2 of 4) and extra photos if wanted

9.00pm ish- Session2:
-Speeches
-Clarification (OOC- 3 of 4)
-Discussion
-Accusations

9.45pm- Voting and Revelation (OOC- 4 of 4)
10pm- Award for Detective of The Year, Debrief and Epilogue
10.00pm-ish-Midnight- Dancing!!!

Also everyone - this time 'round, there will be a small charge for photos. Fee is a gold coin donation for each shoot you're in (so if you do an individual, then come back for a group, you will need to pay twice), and this applies to each person in the shoot group. :) Bring along your spare change!

Plus, once we get photos, we can totally use it as our new Avatars! Like the guys who went to ACB are doing now- which totally recognizes Static's mad skillz.

Oh wait... there is a cost for taking part in the event as well- $30 per person, which I havent really been talking about as yet.
It's to help with the cost of the catering (which Im covering at the moment anyway).

Not too late, we've just had one person pull out, so you can replace them. You won't get much of a role though- no quirks- just one of the new AIDA members, just PM me a character sheet (see first post) and bring $30 on the night.

Costume was ready.
Then I went into a rage because I cut the waist part too big and destoryed half of it~ NO MOAR FABRIC. Start again~
Stressfull night of sewing ahead of me.
Could possibly be packing sewing machine into suitcase, and taking it to palmy with me.

Basically, I've always wanted to do a "Murder Mystery", though I've never been to one, I have had many ideas on how it could go... Saturday will be the culminationof all those ideas.

I also wanted you guys to choose your own characters, so you get to be a part of the whole creation story... because then I could draw from different manga/anime and have this whole crossover universe.... of awesomeness [MMD10] TinTango's Murder Mystery Dinner: Prelude to Murder - Page 6 132820

Making you stay in character for most of the night, puts a bigger emphasis on the "roleplay" aspect of cosplay -something which you can't do too much at the geddons/cons- which I thought would be quite interesting to try. So if something happens on the night e.g. someone dies, you can initially respond with shock, but if you're quick enough, you think "how would my character react to this?".

But the biggest emphasis on the night, is to just have fun. It doesn't matter if you're nervous, or you dont think you're portraying the character right, just go with it! The best thing is that we're all doing it together.... it's like we're all playing "Who's line is it anyway", and we just work off each other's energy.

So... let's get all get through the nest 48hrs of last minute costume preparation, and performance anxiety and look at having a total blast on Saturday!!! [MMD10] TinTango's Murder Mystery Dinner: Prelude to Murder - Page 6 Icon_smile
