Completely not fussed either way - although I balk at paying 15 for one film when I can rent five for that. But, I'm a student, so that's kind of a given. What do you guys think? Vote? If the young'uns are keen though we may well end up with a massive group, so it might be an idea to give the cinema a heads up beforehand.

I dont mind either or, i dont mind paying $15 rialto is easy enough to get to and stuff, but we can be a bit limited on the times its screening, i dont mind going to statics house, although i have no idea how to get there from wellington city Razz

is there a way to get there that doesnt go over 50kms cos then i could just scooter there lol

(from newtown it's about a 15-20min drive to my place, otherwise you can hop a khandallah bus direct from strathmore/newtown/courtney place/railway station. Ten minute walk at either end though, but not hard to find.)

ah, well then it's a train to town and then a bus out. Bit of a mish, but again, doable if you're keen. So what's happening now? Is everyone still keen on a gathering at mine or did it get vetoed in favour of the rialto?

Yeah, I'm fine with going to statics place (give me a suburb/street that's more defined than newtown tho please). Can also potentially give some people a lift if required. I'll be heading from Belmont Lower Hutt if anyone wants a lift and can get to a point somewhere between here and there so I don't have to detour too much, I don't see a problem.

I probably won't come :/

1). I'm the youngest by five years (not that I care), but I don't really know any of you a great ton (ah, well, I know JP a little ...).

2). I've been doing stuf the past two weekends. Two birthday parties and a gathering in town for the Crisis Core release; and I want a weekend off.

But I'll probably be doing something at my house in the holidays, so you're all welcome to that (and because it's my house, all my close friends would come too).

Um. Guys, I've had a hiccup with work...I arranged cover for it last week, but said cover has backed out. I'm running around like a mofo trying to find someone else, but I'm not sure what's happening anymore....T_____T I'm usually back up home by about 5ish, but how do you guys feel about a sunday night gathering, given that it seems we all work monday mornings?

Goddamn work taking the wind out of my sails.

yeah, i'm fine with an evening gathering. it sounds like it's going to just be us 'older' ones now anyway, so i'm more open to having a few quiet drinks at the same time. :)
