Hi guys, sorry all cosplaying characters in this group have already been filled- not looking for new members at this stage, but am creating this thread to help us brainstorm ideas. If new places do become available, I'll update the post name.

Was thinking more about this last night- With the battle scene, we could even use clips from Trouble in Tokyo movie and paste our faces or sommin on the actual characters XD or even have a smallish cut out picture of a robot or whatever guy we'll be pretending to fight, and you know how when people visit the pyramids and they'll hold out their hand and have the camera positioned in a way so it looks like they've got the pyramid in their hand? I was thinking we could do that with the battle aswell: have a picture of whoever we're battling, and have use say 50m away attacking the air and voila ;D AWESSSOMMENESSS, amirite?

Okay, I'm about to rearrange my Auckgeddon schedule, so this will definitely be on Saturday right? ^^

Also, went out to get some face paint and made my light green wig darker. Took test photos. Tell me what you guys think :3

That's an awesome idea!!!
That way we can do proper poses and all, and easily edit in any changes. I totally dig your pyramid idea... that way the Giant Robot/Monster thingy can look totally giant without us having to do much effort. It will also be very lulzy!

I can't remember the Trouble in Tokyo movie, but I'll see if I can find it.

BTW where do you get your ideas from... cos your creativity skills are epic!

@Kurt: ZOMG! Your Beastboy is awesome. Gonna have to work on my cyborg to get it up to that level.

I am soooooo jealous. I wish I was informed of this sooner. I would have been Terra, BB, Robin OR Raven. XD (And only because they have similar body shapes. I would do everyone 8D)

Teen Titans is definitely the best thing since ice cream. I'm gunna follow you guys around all day - and Kurt? Mostly you. That BB cosplay is BADAZZ. 8D

@Kurt- go Beastboy morph into Green Dog! That is awesome- also how do you make your green bodypaint?

@IX- Why don't we compare the two techniques first before we decide? Can you pls make/link to a video so I can see an example of what you want to achieve.
Just a question, have you had any thoughts on who would be doing the filming?

I just buy some green facepaint and dilute it so it soaks in and doesn't crack (at least not for a longer period of time than it would usually) But that was just for the test, I'll probably airbrush for the actual day if I can XD

So i've always wanted to go to a theme park in cosplay. If we had Disney land in NZ i'd go as Belle, or Kairi, with other KH cosplayers, but since Rainbow's Eng is prolly the closest we got, that'll have to do xD Wondering if you guys would be keen to go there sometime, as Teen Titans group? C8

Sound's good though I'd have to get time off for it... how bout the week after Geddon Auck? I'll apply for leave then. Before might be busy, if we're still workin on our costumes... unless we're super organised.

As a thought, we could open it up as an Auckland event, and get lots of other cosplayers coming too. Just a thought... but would put it as a date that we can all make it.

Omg that's so cool!! Looks pretty insane, wish i was that good XD i've only played GHero like twice so i kinda suck..

Had another random CREATIVE idea for the group; We could carry around hugeish signs with a couple or so letters from TEEN TITANS and carry pull them out when we randomly burst into the theme song XD
Person 1 could shout out 'T E' and bring out the sign [with the letters coloured like they are on the show:3], person 2 has 'E N', p3 'T I T', p4 'A N S' and Robin should prolly have the 'Lets Go!' sign XD

Sorry guys, i don't think I can do this on the saturday anymore.
There is a big group of TF2 cosplayers going on in Auckgeddon on that day,
and I have to be part of that group (my character is pretty much the lead character of that group).

So unless we move it to Sunday or do shooting at another time that week, Im afraid I might have to withdraw from being Cyborg. [closed] Teen Titans- Let's GO!!! 88827

With Tintangos change in cosplay, Number-IX has suggested to move this whole teen titans ordeal over to sunday.
any problems with this change just contact number 9 shes eating herself into a depression over it hence im posting in her stead O.o

@IX- I love Avatar, but TF2 is a must do for me, I don't mind giving up Avatar, as the Teen Titans group is gonna have more fun with the shooting and everything.
From what I remember, the Sunday attendance isn't as big as the Saturday, so hopefully we wouldn't get mobbed as much.
But yeah, let's see what Kurt says.
