I first heard of him in a game called "dirge of Cerberus" (specifically 'Longing' and 'Redemption') and got hooked.

I like how he makes pretty emotional songs that are technically rock. <3
I'm not really into the general style, but lu:na sounds awesome. ^.^

Little known fact: my friends running a Gackt bebo account, successfully. xP

he's had one too many nose jobs ... kind of like japan's michael jackson except his nose isn't falling off ... yet >>

anyways lol

i do admit he's got some pretty good music ... though i'm more of a rock chick so ... prefer his songs which have a more electric guitar to it though yes

violins are love <3 he can play the piano like a god but ... his guitar skills ... and his acting skills i lol so hard Gackt 65988

@Stranger: sorry but i do not classify gackt as rock ... neither do most of the general public ... i think ... but yeah sure he was the vocals of Malice Mizer a VK band but ... his sound is definately not rock <3 my opinion anyways 83 and im probably biased as i'd listen to dir en grey over gackt 83

I wouldn't classify him as rock either, but listen to Redemption and Longing, I bet those aren't classical or hiphop. Razz

What's funny is that gackt stars in several FF games... xP
They have used his 'likeness' in Dirge of Cerberus, and I think Genesis is based on him as well. >.>

Like his music, actings fine ( methinks, I'm not fussy really ) and the eye candy is superb
..butbut Razz

his dancing is a lulz, especially on stage.. he cannot dance.

My favourite songs are Black Stone, Orenji no Taiyou ( with Hyde ) and the instrumental of Suddenly.

And as awesome as Mana is.. Gackt has the skill.
