What we usually do is if we haven't been able to get in touch with them prior, we try and ask them during the day. Normally they can't cause understandably they have made plans.

In which case we still do the dinner, only its in cosplay =D
(lol you know I wrote that in the first post right? ROFL, thats why I put the title as VA or Cosplay Dinner ^^)

Kay its definitely going ahead, and I'll be needing a list of confirmed people attending, around early March~
The restaurant has set menus at $22 per person, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Queenie Chan maybe joining us, depending on other commitments.
