VA Dinner (Chch)

When: Saturday 28th, 7pm.
What: Dinner at Mandarin, this restaurant has set menus at $22 per person, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. It can seat 40 people, although we will be split into tables of 10.
Where: meet outside armageddons entrance, we will wait 5 minutes, and then walk to the restaurant together. (I will have a checklist, and will tick everyone off the list once they've arrived/paid etc)

Okay so as most of you know, we try to arrange a annual dinner with one of the Voice Actors.
This will most likely be held on Saturday.
They are often extremely busy when down in NZ, so if they cannot make it, we still hold a dinner - only its in cosplay instead ^^ (try not to come in your contest cosplay cause it would be pretty bad to spill food on it.)

So I need an idea of how many are planning to attend -I know its early, but it may have to be first in first serve.
We will most likely be going to the same restaurant (The Mandarin) as we did last year, its 5 minutes walk from armageddon, and $22 or so for a delicious and plentiful meal. Really well worth the money.
If a Voice Actor is able to attend the dinner with us, everyone is required to put a few dollars extra to help pay for their meal.

Also note: If we have a VA attend, at this stage we wont be cosplaying.
If a VA can't attend, we'll make this a cosplay dinner.

I will need a list of confirmed people early-mid March.

Well assuming the same set of VAs are coming to Dunedin since they usually hire one set of guests for the Chch and Welly events, I'd imagine the one person coming to DAE would also be attending those two events, Christopher Sabat would be there.
