Around 12-1 near the food stalls? very very bad idea it'll be so cramped and we're more likely to get shoved or booted out.

^ An idea to counter it might be to do it near the entrance to the main stage? that had chairs and tables last year. And it had the stairs... would make some funny pics. would just mean we'd have to spread ourselves downstairs, upstairs and out to the little outside bit just before the first exhibition room.

^Yeah but still many cosplayers doing this (40 or so looking at the list prolly more?) and then people having the lunch rush it's not really a good idea. It'd probably better in a less crowded space like perhaps where the wrestlers were or the places next to that.

^I have to say the area surrounding the Animation guests would be awesome. And... if we time it well there won't be a card tournament on....theres a yugioh tournament that goes till 2.

That could leave a 30 minute gap. And that would mean cosplayers who wanna enter the cosplay parade that leave it late are around the area of the information booth before it closes <--- no reason to forget!

wasn't the food stalls area where we had the freeze last year? We had loooads of people doing it, so there was plenty of space~

and maybe we could have the freeze time space around 12-12:30, just so it avoids the possibility of waiting 40-50mins for someone to call out

OKAY! If you guys went last year, do you remember where the main info desk was beside the asb atm?
And how it had an outside area just outside the glass doors/windows that went to some food stalls and carnival rides?
thats the area that has been said....
if you have no idea what im talking about, find the asb atm then go outside.

@fleyer - Yep, It'll most likely be there, its out of the way of other events,
and the admin guy at armageddon was fine with it. It will be around 12-1
depending on where the info thing is and when i can find the guy xD;
@Icarus - I have no idea, i was only at armageddon on sunday last year;;
