Worst Costume ImaginaBall (september?)

I came up with this idea today while we were all cosplay shopping, heres how it works:

Everyone comming puts their name into a hat. Everyone then draws a name from the hat. You have to find/create a costume for whoever you've drawn, being the worst or weirdest or strangest one you can come up with, for under $20

Rules:
Total outfit cost must be around $20
You must wear the outfit created for you, but you can wear whatever you want underneath
Outfit can be anything, but exclusions include underware and swimware.

We'd meet sometime around noon, do the name drawing, and then have several hours to shop at savemart to come up with the best(Worst) outfit.

Then we go to like a hall or somewhere and do cosplay games, or alternatively walk through the town (depending on how brave you are).

There will be prizes for worst costume, most imaginitive costume and weirdest costume.

Date will probably be in the september/october school holidays

the walk around town part would probably only happen for those that actually want to do it, i was thinking most of the event we'd just stay at the hall and do crazy stuff and have music and things ^_^

Well guess it would be cool to creative a silly costume and just let things go wild rather than just try and be serious and try and make a neat and ' perfect costume' all day -__- Though what if they don't like it ?

Might think about it..
and guess it's a more creative secert Santa isn't it ? But with cosplay ?
