Well, the warehouse and mad butcher are up the road from my house, so I could always check for you guys.

I wouldn't suggest bunnings, isn't it like, far away from town?

Customer-wise you'd want to use the warehouse, but if you want the sausages supplied then the mad butcher is better.

Sausages can be expensive and you'd need alot for the day >:

& I think if we did go the Warehouse & need to buy our own saus, the more we get the cheaper? Cheaper in bulk. We should do it the day they have a sale or something~

Matching cosplays isn't the Best Idea as it'd be a bit of a hassle to make something new, unless we did like OC trainers? that'd be easy enough.

ok so we can get more info on the Wharehouse & Mad butcher for our location~

I should be fine for most Saturdays coming up, anyone have any Saturdays they can't come on?

Also for news on the warehouse, I don't know if it's completely true or not but my uncle said something about them not letting people use the sausage sizzle fundraiser unless they're a registered group/club/organization. yeah true, but we should try get most of us. Oh, so my house is up the street [as in up the street from the warehouse/mad butcher] if anyone would need a place to stay or summin'.

hmm, perhaps the 3rd of July..? (sorry Juliet~ I hope you don't mind~~~)
doing this over a month before hand gives us a good idea of how much money is needed for the dinner (eg. if we don't earn enough, we got got about a month in between to do some extra stuff~)

and we don't wanna do any mad rushes (DO is just around the corner too for those going)

but if anyone has any other dates they'd rather have, please say~~ Smile

I'm good for most Saturdays, except for one but that'll be in the first week of the school holidays... And I don't have my diary with me so I have no idea when those are...

EDIT: Wait I can make the 3rd of July! My flatwarming is that night, but I'm sure I can slip away from setting up to come help you guys :)

Hi guys~

So, apparently you have to send a letter in to apply for the sausage sizzle facilities etc. I was talking it over with my mum and BeDemmy, and we've put up a preliminary letter of sorts.

Is it alright? I can probably take it in by tomorrow, so if you want to change anything~

Edit: I think it's the same for the Mad Butcher and Bunnings Warehouse, but I know that with the Mad Butcher it's not so much of a case of getting free sausages as it is having to buy their sausages, bread, serviettes etc. C:

Dunno if it's just me but spoiler tags aren't working...

Anywho, I can't make the 3rd. The only Saturday I'm not working in July is the 17th. But you'd only need 3 or 4 people there right?

If we all pitch in a bit of money for sausages, bread etc then it costs shouldn't be too bad.

^They don't supply them so much as they force you to buy all of their stuff. Think they give you a discount, though
