The Auckland Cosplay Ball will be held on the 24th of July at the Hyatt hotel.
Starting at 7pm and going on to 11pm.

This thread is for voting on a theme which will be a contributing factor to the decorations and mini-events.

Voting will start on the 19th and finish on the 24th.
I reserve the right to end the poll if there seems to be a clear winner before the aforementioned date.

The themes up for vote-

Masquerade- 5

This is an easy way to let everyone in on the theme & can also be nice in it's simplicity? AND YOU WEAR A MASK, BATMAN WEARS A MASK.



Victorian- 2

Because victorian inspired stuff is beautiful? C: Nosrsly, could be fun too~



Angels & demons- 25

Good array of costume choices? Able to create a nice cliche story to lead the nights events? Easier to think of themed mini-events.



Fairy tale- 31

Oho, so whimisical. If we were to do this the MC could present in such a way as to seem to be reading a fairy tale? OR NOT. But the point is, yet again like all the other themes, there's things to do.

Ifthere is a theme which is not listed that you can get a bandwagon for,I will be happy to look and see if it suits what I already have set up.

I realised that Fairy Tale is up for interpretation and it can ALSO mean angels and demons? 8D ITS SO BROAD I THINK IT COVERS ALL OF THE THEMES 8DDDDDDDD

Please remember, your costumes do not have to reflect the actual theme! If you think one would be tedious, but your planned costume suits it, don't pick it. The most important thing is enjoying yourself. <3 Though matching the theme is awesome.
