O.K people I will make a booking on Monday 19th, so anyone else who wants a bunk let me know. And remember the first day has to be paid in advance.

I can send you money before the 8th, but not this week.
Anyone who's up in CHCH or north - i can give you guys like list sheets and you can collect names etc and get people to pre=pay for tickets

Update: I now only have the basic six that we started with, plus we have Reiko for one day. Lacking anyone else coming to form a second room I will book the six bunk room. And Reiko and I will have to talk.

And I will demand money soon.

.___. if it's too much hassle for me to be there only one night than i can't afford to pay two - i'm putting too much money into the party with very little pre sales at the moment, and couldnt' prepay for tickets trhough iticket cause i didnt have 40398509345803480iu40 monies to pay for shipping >.>

Well it's that we need two people for at least a twin or two fours, and then if you are only there one night. So it's not just the one night. It's that we don't have enough people to book two rooms.

Update: I called the backpackers, and the booking will be confirmed as soon as they get some money.
So everyone needs to get me $27, or preferbly $54.

I'm not sure if that was updated from the message i sent you highlander, but if i run across extra cash by then - i wont have extra gear >.> lol i probably can just sleep on the darn floor and pay the guy 27 bucks XD.

That's ONLY if i run into extra cash x.x i'm waiting on someone to buy my japanese book in canada. AND THAT is supposed to help other things x.x

I don't mind going on my own -IF- he's got room when i have money, but i just forked out for new personal effects (including bright effin punk hide pink hair dye XD) Razz

Again, i dont know if that post was updated since we spoke via PM last :)

Urgent, remember we have no room until it is paid for. So money needs to be in my account by this friday by the latest!

preferably $54, but at least $27 (and the rest on arrival.)

I will endeavour to get money into your acount asap however i cant promise it will be there on friday morning however I will do my best as unfortunately my pay cycle is bizzare with this new job. I will try to borrow some money off parents to get it to you on time.

Um, yes lets discuss that!

Well I/we/us four will get tea on the way up on friday. And on the way back sunday.So then it leaves Sat night, which I thought a cheap satay house, or other?
Lunches Sat/Sun? Don't know what is available there!
Breakfast Sat/Sun, we have some gear in a kitchen there. So we could like take stuff/buy stuff. Individually or as a group. Pancakes? Maple syrup, jam and cream?

PS. Don't forget book out is like 10am Sunday. So after that you will have to make arrangements for your gear. They may have a room, or lockers, etc? And if you want to stay sunday night as well then ring them to book that.

First guys reminder to all of you to get the money to me ASAP. I have three peoples so far. Perferably deposit straight into SBS so there is no overnight (sometimes two night) delay. There is one SBS in Riccarton, just berore the mall, and one in town, Manchester street, and one in Papanui.

Um, well, we were planning to arrive about 7pm.

However now this is assuming I can go. I assume people know by now, my flatemate is missing. (See the rants section.) So it is hard to plan, not knowing when or if she will be found, or if she is alive.

Just wondering, since we'll all be arriving at different times (I'll be arriving around 1-2pm on the bus), what do we do when we get there. Do we just tell the backpackers which booking we're with?

Important Update: Ze Pervy Kappa and Chun Li have pulled out because of lack of money. This is why I asked for people to be sure they can commit first. All things considered I am going to pull out too.

Please note the update:

So far we plan to have;
Four bunk room: Friday and Saturday.

Problem: Because of staying two days, and having costumes, gear, etc, you will still want a room exclusively to yourselves. So we have to either
1) Find another person
2) I pay the extra.
3) Or you guys that are left split the bill.
(Given I have paid $162 already, it's only the remaining $54 for the fourth bunk.)
