Has anyone else read them?

Yes they are based kinda on vampires but they've been around for longer than the weird sparkly kind >_<

I love most of the characters even though some of them are extremely similar to other characters from the series.

I plan to read all the books in a month lol
I will most likely fail epicly XD

Caparthians ( I think that's spelt ? ) rooooight. And they hunt the vampires.

I've read them all except one ( about Barack and Syndil )

They all kinda have hero/heroines with the same characteristics, like you mentioned ( as typical romances tend to ) but the last one I read kinda didn't walk the same road.

I like how Feehan has that whole language in there.
My favourite is Gregori ? /can'tremember/ . . and Savannahs story ( the daughter of the Prince and Raven ).

Butreally. If you're not into soul/lifemate sugary crap, smutty smuttiness and your feminist instincts get riled easily then the series wouldn't fit to you.
Personally I love the hell out of it. And I'm not even ashamed.

I think Gregori and Savannah are in Dark Magic.... I think

The smuttiness isn't too bad. I've read alot worse in novels >_<

My favourite book so far is Dark Celebration cause it has most of the characters from previous books and it's just really sweet ^^

What was the last one you read?

My fave character is Ivory. Shes in the most recent book out called Dark Slayer

Yeah~ Dark Celebration was pretty cool, how all the afore mentioned characters got together.

Ohhh, it was Dark Slayer ( with Ivory ) ! ! I thought it was different from the others because she was much more tough / an actual hunter and the male ( twin brother to Natalya ? I forgot his name. . Raz-something ) came off as the bad guy when usually all the Caparthians are so buddybuddy. Though it wasn't surprising considering "his" past actions.

Have you read Dark Dream with Falcon and Sara? I only just found it lol ^^;
It's the first one she read I think.... But it's hidden in a book called Dark Dreamers cause there's another story at the back of it ^^

Yes, that's what surprised me. He wasn't all focused on making her his as soon as he found that they were connected lifemates.

It was pretty sad. . I find it creepy it's his grandfather
and also Ivory's story~ she's definately the strongest of all the women roles.

I read Dark Dream a while back, as well as the other story ( Marjorie M. Liu I think it was ? ) Have you read all/most of the series now ? Haha ^ ^;

I'm reading through all the series ^^
The first one I ever read was Dark Possession with Manolito and MaryAnn.

I thought he was gonna be a bad guy but then you find everything out and its like damn... didn't see that coming.
But Ivory is the strongest female yet. From the books I've read so far all the females are strong. It's starting to annoy me >_<

Have you read the entire series?

Yes~ I think I have, even the ones put in anthologies. Except Syndil and Barack's one ( I hadn't realised they had their own book ).
I'm sure Dark Possession was the first one I read too, it was at least a year ago.

Haha, Ikr . .a little variation in their characteristics would be nice.

Btw, read her other series ? Like her recent Leopard ones.

I can't wait to read Syndil and Barack's book. I think it'll be really sweet from what I read in Dark Celebration bout them ^^

I read Dark Possession a few years ago for wide reading, then read manga for a year then found my list of Christine Feehan novels lol

I wanna see a innocent sweet female. Not the strong independant type that stands up for themselves and fights all the time. And Razvan was different so that's good ^^

Ahh, Dark Hunger from the anthology Hot-blooded; it's about Riordan and Juliette. The other is Dark Descent.

Ahaha, there's a comic/manga of Dark Hunger. It made me lol.

Yes, they're all so stubborn. My first impression of Syndil was that she was pretty weak ( I felt so sorry for her concerning Barack and her past ) but she grows steadily, from what I saw through the other characters novels.

Her Leopards ones . .there's only three so far and I like them. The males are really more domineering but harsh; not like in the Dark series where they're all she-is-everything-/coddlecoddlemushmush/.
But that's because they're modern and not centuries old I guess ^ ^; definately not gallant either.
Bit more like the Drake Sisters series.
