Just because I want to double check.

Would getting a Scruffy ( http://cosworx.com/product.php?productid=26258&cat=2495&page=1 ) in 613 ( http://www.cosworx.com/images/sepia/613-.jpg ) work as an effective wig for England ( http://www.nautiljon.com/images/ost/axis_powers_hetalia_character_cd_vol_4_uk.jpg ) or is the colour not right?

/too lazy for image codes today.
